FuseSocial supports agencies to find good and “best practice” in governance, financial systems, HR management, administration, leadership, volunteerism, fund development, strategic planning, collaboration and evaluation. We work to help agencies work towards a number of external standards such as those set by Imagine Canada and their accreditation program, the Association of Fundraising Professionals, the Partnership Brokers Association and the HR Council for the Nonprofit Sector.
