We are pleased to be continuing our work with the Calgary Chamber of Voluntary Organizations (CCVO) as we engage the local social profit sector in the 2021 Boland Survey. The goal of this project is to build off of knowledge we’ve gained since we started in 2020 and continue to deepen our collective understanding of human resource practices in the Wood Buffalo region. Data collected will provide a framework for developing HR policies related to salary and compensation packages; hiring, recruitment and employee retention; professional development and employee recognition.
Under this partnership, CCVO and FuseSocial will engage 25 organizations in the Wood Buffalo region to submit their data to the 2021 Boland Survey beginning October 4th, 2021 with the survey closing on December 17, 2021.
Wood Buffalo social profits interested in participating are directed to contact Shannon for their survey access code.
If your organization participated in the 2020 survey, you can access the 2020 reports anytime by logging into your Boland Survey account on the survey platform here.
