This lunch and learn will help participants identify personal stress factors and introduce practical methods for creating work-life balance. Participants will learn about a holistic approach to wellness that will allow them to function at their best so they can stay productive and satisfied in both their personal and professional lives.
This lunch and learn, specifically for Executive Directors, provides an overview of team performance. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of tapping in to the positive elements of social motivation in creating peak performing teams. They will also learn about the importance of fostering identification and interdependence in enhancing team performance.
This session will be facilitated by Achieve Centre for Leadership and will delivered online via Zoom.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn about the different elements of Microsoft 365, from the traditional Excel, Word and Outlook, and the newer elements like Teams and Stream. You’ll discover how to get as much benefit from 365 as you can in this new virtual environment.

When diversity and cultural differences lead to misunderstandings or distrust, they are often viewed as challenges to manage within our work environments. In this workshop we’ll examine how this relates to communicating, power differentials, and experiences of discrimination. Participants will learn strategies for working with differences and promoting inclusion in the workplace.

This free, one hour workshop will equip participants with unique and proven stress coping abilities and ideas, perfect for our ever busy lives!

Given that the average person spends 60 percent of their time at work, our organizations play a pivotal role in how psychologically safe we feel.
This workshop, facilitated by Achieve Centre for Leadership, provides an overview of the characteristics of a psychologically safe workplace and the roles of both the employee and employer in promoting psychological safety.
This lunch and learn provides ideas and strategies for leading through conflict with clarity and confidence. Participants will learn how to think about their role as a leader when others are in conflict and how to effectively challenge and change conflict stories that create unhealthy conflict triangles.
This lunch and learn will be facilitated by Achieve Centre for Leadership and will be delivered online via Zoom.
