Participants will learn about a holistic approach to wellness that will allow them to function at their best so they can stay productive and satisfied in both their personal and professional lives.
This lunch and learn, specifically for Executive Directors, provides an overview of team performance. Participants will gain an understanding of the importance of tapping in to the positive elements of social motivation in creating peak performing teams. They will also learn about the importance of fostering identification and interdependence in enhancing team performance.

In this 3-hour workshop, you will learn about the different elements of Microsoft 365, from the traditional Excel, Word and Outlook, and the newer elements like Teams and Stream. You’ll discover how to get as much benefit from 365 as you can in this new virtual environment.
